Platform updates – Week 15, 2018

This week there are a few minor updates on current features to enhance them. With a fix on content occasionally being stuck in the queue and thirdly some information on the page template that we are working on.

  • UPDATE – Content Planning > Email Notifications – Now when you assign tasks to someone, the assignee will receive an email informing them that they have a task set and vice versa, so when the task is completed the assigner will be notified.

  • UPDATE – Check On-boarding Bot – On boarding Bot is a chat set up to initially help you through a step by step process in adding campaigns onto social media sites. On-boarding bot was tested and it was fine.

  • WORKING ON – Content Planning > Page Type > Builder – New feature being worked on allowing users to design the layout for any new pages that you wish to create on your own website. This will help users to plan and collaborate on page layout and text content before being signed off.
  • FIX – Stuck in queue – We noticed there was a problem where occasionally content was stuck in the queue. This meant content wasn’t getting posted. A new script was written which checks for any content that is stuck and would re-post content.
