Campaign details

The campaign details page allows you to:-

  • Edit your campaign details
  • Edit the small pieces of content that are attached to your campaign
  • Shows you real-time, detailed data about your campaign.

Viewing the campaign details

To view your campaign details, navigate to your campaigns page, expand one of your campaign categories. Click the VIEW button on the right to get more details about the campaign.

Editing your campaign

 

  • Title – Allows you to change the name of the campaign.
  • URL – Allows you to change the URL of the campaign.
  • Category – Allows you to change the category of your campaign.
  • If you edit any of the above data, just click save button in the top right.
  • Featured Image – Allows you to change the featured image of your campaign. If you change the featured image, this will change any lines of content that use the same featured image. (This is explained more below).

Campaigns - Delete and change schedule

  • Schedule buttons – Change which schedules this campaign is eligible for being published upon
  • Delete – Delete this schedule.

  • Date Slider – By moving or expanding the slider, you can view different date ranges.
  • Filters – By clicking the filters at the bottom of the graph, you show and hide information on the graph. Ie click once on ‘LinkedIn Clicks’ and we will hide that data line. Click again and we will show it.
  • Hover over data – By hovering over a date/time, we will show you how many times you published to each social media network and how many clicks you received.
  • Hover over data + click – By clicking any of the data points, we will show you a table of which campaign, channel, IP address, date/time of the click and which country the click came from. This is the same information that is recorded by your web server and is (UK/EU) GDPR compliant as it does not identify an individual. Clicking on the IP address will give you more information about the IP address.
  • Content Count – Shows how small pieces of content your campaign has.
  • Publish Count – Shows how times a piece of content has been published.
  • Twitter Publish – Shows how times a piece of content has been published on Twitter.
  • Facebook Publish – Shows how times a piece of content has been published on Facebook.
  • LinkedIn Publish – Shows how times a piece of content has been published on LinkedIn.
  • Click Count – Shows how many times your campaign has been clicked on. By clicking on the Click Count, we will show you a table of which campaign, channel, IP address, date/time of the click and which country the click came from. Clicking on the IP address will give you more information about the IP address.
  • CR – Click Ratio shows for each publish, how many clicks it has attracted.

Social Media Campaign Content

A campaign is made up lots of small pieces of content. The widget below allows you to edit and add new pieces of content.

  • Content – The small piece of content that will be published.
    • Click to edit the content
    • Campaigns - Edit Content
    • Add Content – Allows you to edit the content.
    • Expiry Date – Allows you to set and expiry date for the content. Useful for topical content. Leave empty for evergreen content.
    • Characters – Show you how many characters the content is.
    • Text suitable for – Show you which platforms the content is eligable for, based upon the character length.
    • Add tag – Allows you add new hashtags.
    • Hashtags – Click any of the tags on the right and it will add the hashtag into the content, at the current cursor position.
    • Update – Save the changes.
    • Cancel – Cancels any changes.
  • Image – The image that will be posted with the content.
    • (Please note, 3rd party content uses open graph tags, not the image specified here)
    • Click to edit the image. Editing the image will pull a series of images from the web page, allowing to select an image specific for this post.
    • Tip – Some clients will add aditional images on their web page, but hide them with CSS.
  • Length – Length of the content. This allows your quickly check that your content is suitable for twitters 280 character limit.
  • Publish Count – Shows how times this piece of content has been published.
  • Click Count – Shows how many times this piece of content has been clicked on.
  • CR – Click Ratio shows for each publish, how many clicks it has attracted.
  • Action > Delete – Delete this piece of content

Adding new social media content

When you are editing a standard campaign (that send traffic to your website), you can add new pieces of content. Please note, for 3rd party campaigns, you need to use the check for 3rd party content tool.

Click the +ADD button to add new content.
