Companies

If you run an agency, you can add companies to your own profile. This has the following advantages:-

• Easily swap from one company account to another.
• Each company will have its own set of campaigns, channels, categories, hashtags, users and social media schedules.

How to switch between companies

• When you are logged in as an agency user, you will have a drop-down menu at the top of the screen at all times.
• When you want to switch back to your own company profile, simply hit the SwitchBack button.

How to manage existing and add new companies

In the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Companies. This option is only available for agency type users.

• Add Company – Complete the form in the pop-up to add a new company to your profile.
• Action > Edit – Complete the form in the pop-up to edit the edits of the company. Click Deactivate to deactivate the user.
