Main Navigation
The main navigation of the platform in on the left-hand side of the window. You can minimise this main menu by pressing the burger menu at the top left of the screen. The system will remember this preference.
- Dashboard – Takes you to the main dashboard.
- Campaigns – View and manage your campaigns
- > Add new campaigns – Submenu for adding campaigns
- > Categories – Submenu for managing your categories
- > Tags – Submenu for managing your hashtags
- Queue – View and manage your social media queue
- Users – View and manage your company users
- Companies – View and manage your companies (agency only)
- Channels – View and manage your social media channels
- Schedules – View and manage your social media schedules
Note – During the AI (artificial intelligence) assisted onboarding process, some menu and items and dashboard widgets are hidden until you have completed certain processes.
Personalise your User and Company Settings
To personalise your user and company profile, navigate to the top right of your screen and press on your name to open up the settings menu.
- To personalise your user profile settings, click My Profile, where you will be able to edit settings that are unique to your user profile.
- To personalise your company profile settings, click My Company, where you will be able to edit settings that are unique to your company profile.
Messaging and AI bot
To open and close up the messaging/AI bot slider, click the slide arrow in the top right.
